Where can I collect and return a car?
Collection and return can be coordinated at Hewanorra International Airport (UVF), George F. L. Charles Airport (SLU), Castries Ferry Terminal, hotels and villas. Select an available location in the booking form or contact us for a custom arrangement.
Do I need a local driving permit?
You need a Saint Lucia driving permit unless you hold an International Driving Permit. Our team can issue the local permit at the applicable government cost. Bring your valid driving licence.
What age must a driver be?
Drivers must be at least 25, have at least two years of driving experience and normally be no older than 65. Drivers over 65 must present a doctor's certificate under the rental insurance requirements.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Compact cars suit lighter travel and easier parking. SUVs and 4x4s provide more space or clearance for hillier routes. People movers work well for families, groups and extra luggage. Tell us your itinerary if you would like a recommendation.
How is a reservation confirmed?
A Visa or Mastercard is required to confirm a reservation. Pay on Arrival is the secure checkout option on this website; the team will coordinate the remaining rental requirements directly.
What is Collision Damage Waiver?
Optional CDW is not insurance; it reduces full liability when the vehicle is used according to the rental contract. Deposits and exclusions apply. Read the full terms before booking.
Can another person drive?
Only the renter and drivers approved on the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
What if my flight or ferry time changes?
Send the updated arrival information by phone or WhatsApp as soon as possible so the local team can coordinate the collection.
